The waitlist form on our website collects:

- Your LinkedIn profile URL
- The decision you want help with, if you tell us
The form also collects a verification token from hCaptcha, which confirms you are a real person.
Our website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify you. It records the page address, the referring site, the country, and the browser and device type.
3. Why we collect your data
Your data serves the following purposes:
- To respond to your waitlist request and arrange a conversation
- To verify that form submissions come from real people, not automated systems
- To communicate with you about our services
Only the data needed for these purposes is processed. Your data is not used for any other reason.
4. Legal basis for processing
The DPDP Act, 2023 permits processing of personal data on the following grounds:
- Consent. You give consent when you submit our waitlist form.
- Deemed consent under Section 7. The DPDP Act treats certain processing as having your consent by default. This applies when you voluntarily provide data for a stated purpose, when Indian law requires the processing, or when it is necessary to fulfil a contract with you.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to founders@janniti.com. After withdrawal, your data is no longer processed. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew.
5. Who we share your data with
A limited number of service providers handle parts of the data flow. Each provider processes your data only for the purpose stated below.
- Web3Forms. Receives your waitlist form submission and delivers it to us. Web3Forms does not store your data after delivery.
- hCaptcha. Processes verification tokens to confirm you are a real person. hCaptcha receives your browser information during verification.
- Vercel. Hosts the website and provides the cookieless visit analytics.
Your personal data is not sold or shared for advertising purposes. Disclosure to law enforcement happens only when Indian law requires it.
6. How we protect your data
All data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS and TLS). Only authorised team members can reach personal data.
Our security practices follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. These include encryption, access controls, and regular reviews of who can reach stored data.
7. How long we keep your data
- Waitlist form submissions: 24 months after your last interaction with us.
After this period, we delete your data. If you request deletion earlier, we process your request within 30 days.
8. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the following rights:
- Access. Request a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction. Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure. Ask us to delete your personal data.

9. International data transfers
Some service providers process data outside India. Each provider follows data protection standards equivalent to those under Indian law. No transfers are made to countries that the Central Government of India has restricted under the DPDP Act.
